The Quire is a group of singers from Northern Ireland's LGBT community, formed in early 2005.

Our mission is to: excite, empower, educate, encourage, entertain and enrich the members of Quire, the LGBT community, and the wider community through the celebration of music making, diversity and friendship.

Spring Concert in Newry this March - tickets available soon!

 

Working in partnership with the Newry Rainbow Community, Quire is currently engaged in an exciting singing project in the Newry area which has been running since September 2011 and will conclude with a full-scale concert this March.

The project consists of singing workshops led by Quire's professional Musical Director, Leanne McCorry, which take place in Newry city centre roughly every fortnight.

The group also participated in a residential weekend in November - which was a perfect balance of hard work, teambuilding and fun :-)

We can't wait to entertain you at our Spring Concert!
